Issues such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, depression, and anxiety will be addressed throughout the behavior change process.

Sharon Rogers – It’s never too late to look and feel great!
Sharon is an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer focusing on helping clients achieve their personal fitness goals. Her expertise is complemented by a variety of specialized certifications, including Senior Exercise, Orthopedics, Cancer Recovery Specialist, and Balance & Vestibular Systems. This diverse knowledge allows her to tailor her training programs to meet the unique needs of individuals at different stages of their fitness journeys, ensuring a safe and effective approach to health and wellness. Whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to enhance your balance, or simply aiming to stay active, Sharon is dedicated to guiding you every step of the way.
Functional Fitness Assessment
The Prescott Lakes professional fitness staff is pleased to provide Functional Fitness Assessments. These assessments are designed to help participants understand their current level of fitness and are results-oriented, based on normative data current in the industry. Basic biometric testing will be performed, including seven components of fitness. After the session, you can expect to better understand your areas of strength and areas that need improvement. Assessments take 60 to 90 minutes to complete.
Personal Training
The Club offers various options with certified personal trainers. You can book a single session, a package of eight sessions, or eight sessions along with a fitness assessment. Each session lasts one hour.
Health Coaching
Our Certified Health Coach will help you make healthy lifestyle changes. We offer a single session or a package of four sessions.
